The beginning of last week we were down in the School Ager room while our classroom got new carpet!
We have been hard at work on our numbers, and patterning! We have also been continuing to work on our names and writing the letters within the lines.
After the carpet was in and I put the room back together I got out some new dress up and some new toys to play with. The kids have been having so much fun!
This week we have been hard at work on our patterning, graphing, measuring, and the numbers 7 & 8!
On Thursday we used yogurt lids, glue, and food coloring and did some color mixing. Once they dry we will hang them in the windows as sun catchers!
We used some long yarn to make some shapes with our bodies.
We mixed water, glue, and paint and added air by blowing to create bubbles! Once they were bubbled over we pressed our paper onto them to make a bubble painting.

Make sure you check out our bulletin board in the classroom! We have been talking about symmetry and mirroring, so we painted one hand and pressed both hands together, and then onto a paper! We then put them as our butterfly wings!
