This was our last week of Summer fun before starting our preschool curriculum. It has been a fun summer, but I think we are all ready to start school!
We had fun playing at Central School
We used watercolors to paint some fun fans made out of paper plates.
We did some upper and lower case letter matching
Some letter sound matching
Some patterning
And some shape matching!
We also played with some play dough
And decorated our name sticks for our classroom jobs!
Henry and Brooks were building the "League of Justice"
On Thursday Miss Sally, Miss Kim, Miss Nancy, and Miss Teresa took a walk with the kids to deliver some cookies to Maggie's dad, who has recently graduated from the Police Academy! When they got there Officer Turkelson was out on a call, so they left the cookies for him. When they got back to the Dome playground Officer Turkelson stopped by to say thank you and give out some high-fives!
