We made 100 Snowmen!!
The kids were super excited on Monday when we counted and discovered that we had 100 Snowmen up on the cupboards! They have still been working on them, and we are now up to 113!
We made a graph at Large Group Time to see how many snowmen each friend made
On Tuesday a few of the kids also worked together all morning to make a very long poster. It was too long to find a place in our classroom so we brought it down to the Rec Room to share with everyone!
Wednesday morning Miss Maryanne came into our classroom and brought her drum. She did some fun clapping, tapping, stomping and marching exercises with us!
On Wednesday in the Rec Room Miss Jackie and Miss Kelli helped the kids make up an obstacle course. They did a fantastic job waiting in line for their turn!
On Thursday we went downstairs to one of Miss Maryanne's music rooms and had the chance to play with some large xylophones and metallophones!
On Thursday a few of the girls also brought in their tap shoes! Sammy and Tatum were excited to show me a few of their tap moves!
On Friday we made up some Thank You cards for Miss Maryanne!
We also made up some Math Collages.
First we rolled the dice and counted what number we rolled...
Then we counted out that many items from our collage box...
Then we glued them onto our paper...
Then we wrote our name and the number that we rolled onto our paper!
Sammy was having some more fun with the prisms!
