This was the last week of our Music Study! The kids have been having so much fun with this study I was sad to see it end, but they are equally excited to start our next study, Buildings!
Our letter of the week this week was the letter C
We were working on some more graphing
We also got to play some more Candy Land!
On Tuesday we saw which of our towers had more or fewer blocks, Maisie made hers into a pattern!
We worked some more in our rhyming, they are getting great at picking out rhyming words. If you haven't had the chance to read the class poem book yet you really should, they have come up with some fantastic poems!
On Wednesday we had to rescue some of our animals from a big block of ice!
Tatum got the first animal out!
Sammy rescued the turtle!
Ty rescued a stingray!
We also worked on writing our lowercase letters
On Thursday we matched up the Groundhog with his shadow
We also painted some hearts with watercolors (they were supposed to end up with a white cross in the middle of the hearts, but it did not quite work out as planned. They are still very nice though!)
We also did some Heart stamping and made some Valentine's Day trees
After rescuing our animals we gave them a nice bubble bath!
We were glad it was nice enough to get outside!

The kids were hard at work building with the different blocks in preparation for our Building Study!
I found this fun game at the store and the kids have been having a lot of fun playing!
