This week we added lower case letters to our upper case letters and had fun tracing them with our hands and feet (and fun peeling the tape up later in the week!)
We colored some coffee filters with green, blue, and yellow markers and then sprayed them with water! Once the colors mixed and dried we cut them into four leaf clovers and hung them in the windows!
We did more work with mixing colors with some red, blue, and yellow paint. The kids were amazed that they could make green, purple, and orange!
We experimented with baking soda and vinegar. We started out with some "green eggs" (please don't laugh at my "eggs"! haha) and I asked the kids what they thought would happen when we added the vinegar. They all thought they would just melt and it would be like water. They were surprised when it started bubbling! Almost every child also told me that it was "sizzling!"
We used a paper towel tube and saw which cars would travel the farthest
On Thursday they were cutting don some trees outside our classroom, the kids were having a great time watching!
Ben's new hat!
The last two Leprechauns!
